Projects Accountant:
• Prepare the payment voucher (bank and cash), checks, payments, petty cash and all payments and send them to the appropriate SOS. Keep all necessary documents.
• Prepare the exchange and arrest records for the National Coordination Office and the SOS accounts. Send ready records to the Office of Financial Management in the National Office.
• Enter all receipts in the bank account and register all withdrawals. Keep a record of grants and ensure that all grants are properly calculated.
• Manage payrolls of the national organization, prepare payroll checks and ensure that taxes are paid properly.
• Ensuring that the national organization operates in a cost-effective manner in line with the annual budget vision.
• Maintain a computerized record of fixed assets and ensure that it is updated regularly.
• Ensure that all cash checks and financial reports are safely stored during absence.
Requirements:
• Minimum experience 2-3 years in accounting and finance.
• English written and spoken
• working in INGO’s is plus
• Can join immediately
• Have a car.
