‏Responsibilities：
‏ 1.Ability to handle customer’s inquiries & complaints according to the current policy and process.
‏ 2. Ability to handle different kinds of customers and to have a troubleshooting & multitasking sense.
‏ 3. Communicating with the customers in a professional and effective way.
‏ 4. Working along with the team’s target and responsibilities and different tasks.
‏ 5. Working under pressure & overtime and the availability for all day’s shifts.
‏ 6. To be an effective and supportive member in the team.
‏
‏ Position Requirements：
‏ 1. Bachelor degree in the related fields.
‏ 2. Good English skill in writing, listening and speaking.
‏ 3. Proficient in basic office software (EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.)
‏ 4. Fast typing speed, able to communicate online with multiple customers at the same time.
