Job Description
Purpose of the job
• Help organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance.
Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization.
2. Conduct analysis.
3. Prepare business proposals and presentations.
4. Prepare QMS Policies & procedures & Forms and Quality Manuals for clients.
5. Prepare Human Resources Policies & Procedures and Forms for clients.
6. Prepare organizational Structure and Create Job Descriptions for clients.
7. Conduct Market Research analysis for clients.
8. Conduct Questionnaire or Surveys Analysis Using SPSS.
9. Prepare Salary Surveys Questionnaire and Conduct the suitable analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
Experience
0-3 years of experience
Certificates
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 22000 Lead Auditor, Certified Professional Human Resources (plus)
