As a Country Manager, you will directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping existing clients grow their businesses.

Your main activities will be:

  • Responsible for setting and achieving annual volume and gross profit targets through implementing Infobip’s sales and marketing strategies for a territory

  • Maintaining and expanding the customer base by identifying new markets and client segments for growth while building and maintaining rapport with key customers in the territory

  • MNO project support and field coordination

  • Building a strong local sales team that will be able to support all business plans for the assigned territory

  • Establishing sales objectives and annual sales quotas for assigned territories and allocating them across the regional sales team, both for existing and new\products/services

  • Establishing Infobip operations in Jordan (office space, etc.)

  • Coordinate office operations with Regional managamennt

  • Establishing successful collaboration with all stakeholders to understand their needs.

  • In charge of building partnerships and expenending customer base of Infobip

  • Engage in the analysis of competitors and business intelligence activities to improve and shorten the sales process.

  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending congresses, events,educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks,participating in professional societies.

More about you:

  • You have 8+ years Professional experience in Solution Sales and Telecom industry.

  • You have a great network in the IT & Telco industry

  • You lead or parcitipated in cross team and operational management

  • You have a Business or IT degree

  • You have great listening skills, being able to quickly identify clients’ and employee pain points.

  • You take proactive and creative approaches to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs).

  • You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.

  • Your communication skills are excellent.
