IT Administrator

IT Administrator is urgently required for a well-recognized Security Company located in Zamalek with the following criteria:
• Males only.
• From 2 to 3 years of experience in Technical support field.
• Bachelor degree from any discipline, Computer Science is preferable.
• Very good command of English language.
• Other skills: Customer Focus.
Problem Solving& Multi-tasking.
Some of Duties & Responsibilities of this position:
• Install software (Windows, Office, Applications) for new PC.
• Technical Support for any sudden problem for PC / Printer/ Internet connections.
• Plan and Implement weekly backup for all employees’ PC.
• Plan and Implement weekly backup for all employees’ outlook.
• Technical Support for any sudden problem for Printer.
• Contact technical support for big issues and follow maintenance.
• Search for system or any software updates.
