Finance Filing Clerk Volunteer – ACTED
The finance Filing clerk volunteer is responsible for Admin papers and documents that urgently need organizing/ scanning/ filing etc. with some relevant data needing to being logged into basic Excel.
Under the supervision of Finance Officer – Amman
Scan, classify and organize finance documentation
Locate and eliminate materials from files upon request from authorized users.
Sort material in accordance with filing system used.
Filing / File management for old documents.
Modify or improve filing systems for capital office store.
Inspect the filing section periodically to ensure records are categorized properly and are being maintained in a good condition.
Take necessary steps to place documents in storage receptacles.
Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner.
Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work to deadlines.
Generates & applying new ideas & solutions.
Good English Language Skills.
Experience of admin work is preferred.
