Construction Manager is required for needed for reputable construction company
Will be responsible for
1. Using project resources to achieve the best goals of the project.
2. Supervise staff and workers and Take action to recover from delays caused by bad weather, emergencies, or any events at construction site(s)
3. Prepare the requisition of supplies and materials needed
4. Consult with supervisory personnel, owners, sub‐contractors, and design professionals to resolve various range of issues such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
6. Prepare project cost reports & Organize and direct activities related to the construction of structures on site(s)..
7. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Location : El Alamein Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant Major/ Grad.
• Experience in construction of the towers ( high rise buildings) is a must.
• +10 Years of experience, preferred in the Engineering/Construction industries.
• Very good Command of English Language.
• Ability to use the main MS Office applications
