• leading Electromechanical Contracting company is looking to hire Maintenance Manager based in Jeddah – KSA

– Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
– Experience 12 years.
– Demonstrable experience of team leadership or management experience.
– Belief in the need for continual improvement.
– Good planning and organizational skills.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Good knowledge of HVAC and buildings electromechanical services,
including maintenance planning, manpower workload estimation.
– Commercial awareness in regards to contractual arrangements and the
interpretation of contract documents.
– Ability to work to project targets and deadlines.
– Experience of developing and standardizing existing systems and
procedures.
– Good experience in any of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance
Management Software).
– Able to motivate and manage a team of service Engineers, supervisors and
technicians.
– A strong technical focus with knowledge from HVAC & Building
Electromechanical services.
– Ability to expand growth, productivity and widen the self-delivery capability
