Production Supervisor
Job Description and Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring the workflow within the department and ensuring that all preventive and corrective actions are being made promptly.
Participating in developing the department’s budgets and managing the activities within towards achieving the set budget.
Developing managerial and technical circulars within the department towards the achievement of the set plans and objectives.
Directing the distributing jobs and work activities on the shift supervisors based on the volume of work on different production lines in order to facilitate, organize and speed up the production process as a whole and to achieve all the requirements of the production plan.
Contributing in solving technical and managerial daily problems of the plant in coordination with the concerned departments (engineering, maintenance, quality, warehouses, etc.).
Requirments:
B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
