Industrial Engineering Jordan
IGCC Group looking for a Sourcing and Bidding Officer to join our Procurement & Supply Chain Department (Amman office), this position will be responsible for Sourcing the right materials at the best cost and at requested time, analyze and prepare the technical and commercial aspects of proposal.
Main Responsibilities
• Prepare the bid process from receiving the bid through to the final bid submission, documentation & client’s quires.
• Analyze & review the technical specification and terms of requisitions, then select the right source.
• Selects Quotes for submission by analyzing cost and quality of items
• Ensure bid pricing and profitability are aligned to the company’s targets.
• Provide answer/response to any subsequent request for clarification.
• Evaluates the documents submitted by the vendors for accreditation purposes (supplying the best quality and offering the best price).
• Fluently in English and Arabic.
• Must have/maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working cooperatively within a team.
• Working in weekend and holiday is required as job demands.
