Responsibilities :
– Manage all incoming and outgoing communications to the company and Management team including telephones,emails,faxes ,letters&courier and Distribute Accordingly.
– Greet Visitors and Callers,handle their inquiries,and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
– Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
– Setup and maintain paper and electronic filling systems for records,correspondence ,and other material
– Take Appropriate followup Action on all pending communication documents and ensure tracking with the appropriate manager
– Type and word-process various documents and electronic information .
– Arrange Accommodation and travel bookings for company Mangers and Guests .
– Follow up All Visa Processes and Documentation as needed
Education :
– Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretary Diploma
