HR Specialist
Water Management Initiative WMI, is a USAID-funded Water Project. currently seeking to recruit a highly-qualified
.HR Specialist.. WMI Project is supporting the Government of Jordan to achieve measurable improvements and
greater sustainability of the water sector.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
•Manage the hiring process from preparing the job description and advertisements to interviews to the selection and
Preparation of contracts for LTTA.s and STTA.s.
•Establish and maintain effective personnel management records and files.
•Coordinate all interviews. maintain resumes. scoring sheets and results in a data base.
•Compile and u.ate leaves records and prepare reports and match with monthly Time Cards.
•Coordinate and participate in performance evaluation for projects staff.
•Support in developing, implementation, and review all Human Resource Strategies. initiatives. policies. procedures in
accordance with the Local Compensation Plan fl..CP}.
•Strategic development skills to develop and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances or other issues.
•Coordinate a. support project training activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any relat. field.
•Minimum of 5-7 years. experience in relat. jobs at USAID projects or other donors.
•Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
•Fluent in Arabic a. English! Reading and Writing.
