Microsoft Sales Solutions Specialist
Job Description and Requirements
STS is looking to Hire Microsoft Sales Solutions Specialist, For its Microsoft Licensing & Training Division, This role serves as the point-of-contact for presales inquiries, demos to drive sales of STS Microsoft Cloud Offerings.
This role will be responsible for supporting the sales representatives, Licensing Executives, Services Executives with Microsoft technical presales expertise. It will be necessary to develop and maintain a 200 to 300 level proficiency with all required Microsoft technologies specific to Microsoft Cloud as well as spiffs, promotions, pricing, and purchasing options.
Maintain an advanced business and technical understanding of Microsoft Cloud products and workloads, mainly Office 365 and Azure.
Responsible for capturing DPOR and delivering related onboarding workshop (Azure: Onboarding & Enablement; Office 365: Tenant Onboarding and Unpacking Office 365)
Join customer calls with Sales representative to answer questions, address concerns, provide technical insight about moving to the cloud.
Provide training and readiness for internal representatives.
Be responsible for running weekly CIE demos for customers
Continuously maintain and enhance technical, sales, and competitive readiness
Participate in training and readiness events
Provide Microsoft Cloud core tenant onboarding guidance and support
Provide weekly activity reporting
Drive sales growth and overall success within STS’s CSP and related offerings
Help identify customers’ pain points and key initiatives to develop
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
3-5 years’ technical sales experience
Consultative, presentation, and verbal communication skills are essential
Team player and willing to contribute knowledge, skill, and insight
Accustomed to working effectively with all levels of an organization
Proficient at getting up to speed on Microsoft Cloud roadmap and solution updates
Understand and able to speak to customers’ security concerns around cloud architecture
A proven track record successfully defining and articulating solutions based on the Microsoft Cloud platform.
