MBC HIRING – HR Generalist – MEDIA CITY
6th of OCTOBER
Recruitment:
– Handling different manpower needs by providing highly qualified calibres at the shortest possible time
– Managing recruitment process including (job postings, reviewing resumes, phone and face to face interviews).
– Update different social media channels with open vacancies
Training duties:
– Coordinate the different training courses, and handle the different training
– Collect the training needs from the different departments
-Assist in formulating the Yearly Training Plan of the company
HR Operations
– Conduct orientation of newly hired employees, and handle their concerns.
– Processing new hire paperwork, and fulfill legal requirements for the hired employees.
– Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form up to date.
– Coordinate both social and medical insurance enrolments
– Relay company policies and guidelines to employees, and enforce standards for professional behaviour (working hours’ adherence, days off, sick leaves, annual leaves, vacation balance, and the over time).
Relevant study / HR Diploma is a plus
2 -3 Years of experience in HR
Excellent English/Computer skills
