I am looking for a Commercial Engineer to perform the following duties:
1. Monthly Cost Allocation for projects (based on the DG Jones programme), including upload to reporting systems (PMWeb etc)

2. coding for Finance Monthly reports Oracle update and system management
3. Contractor/Consultant account verification/analysis – review of payment certifications, VO and claims for certification purposes
4. Liaison point for Finance and Cost Control for project cost Project
5. Tendering and document preparation (Instruction to Tenderers and
6. Conditions of Contract) Other tasks related to the commercial and contractual management of projects as and when determined.
Years of experience: 5 years in QS.
Education: Engineer (Civil , or Mechanical).
Field of business: Project development and construction
