We are hiring Call Center Agents (customer Service) for reputable Hotels & Resorts Management Services company.
Vacancy: Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Need for Urgent (1 Female & 2 males)
Job Purpose:
having good listening and communication skills
answer incoming calls from customers to identify and resolve issues.
being able to solve problems and resilience to stress and effort.
follow-up with your customer to ensure that they’re happy and that you took care of their concern in a manner they’re entirely satisfied
working hours by shifts:
Morning shift 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Afternoon shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
Evening shift from 12:00am to 8:00 am
Location: First settlement.
Salary: 3000 EGP
