Main roles & responsibilities
– Answer customer`s inquiries and solve their problems
– Open tickets on ticketing system
– Follow up with other departments on ticket solving
– Ensure system efficiency and workability
– Prepare status/ analytical report when needed
Qualifications
– 0-1 years’ experience
– Female
– Technical Background is a plus
– Presentable, high energetic
– Customer Service skills
– Can do attitude
– Ability to multi-task
