DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Call Center Representative to join our client with minimum 2 years of experience in UAE who are familiar with following duties & responsibilities:
Greet phoning customers
Feed and update customers’ information in the system.
Handling customers complaints
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Maintain monthly data report
Follow up the leads
Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs.
Responsible to handle Customer Queries through different channels i.e Emails, Webchat, phone calls etc. and ensure to facilitate them in best possible manner.
Responsible to ensure all data in encoded in CRM / Excel as per the requirement by the management.
Responsible to learn new things and provide with Innovative Ideas and suggestions to improve on the Business Process.
