Key Responsibilities
To provide administration and office services to the Business Units and Functions in the company which has more than 40 cultures working together in a truly global team
Provide support to PRO’s in drafting and typing all Arabic local government related correspondences: letters to immigration office, Labour Department, Economic Department
Arrange all hotel bookings requested by HR, functions and the different business (Adhoc)
Maintaining an efficient filling/archiving system for all documentation such as Trade Licences, agreements, suppliers invoices and orders, maintenance companies etc
Active research for better suppliers in term of quality/price products used in the office to improve the supplies and services
Facilities Management

Financial
