1)Bsc degree in Business Administrations, Industrial Engineering ,MIS,or relevant major
2) 2-4 years of relevant experience .

As a Sales operations officer , A typical day might include the following :
1) Organizing and maintaining Sales collateral for access by sales team .
2)Sales forecasting for goal setting,using past data and indicators .
3)Handling lead generation and booking .
4)Refining sales process steps to improve conversions ,shorten sales cycles,and Maximize wins interpreting analytics and research for the company’s understanding .
5)Increasing sales team’s efficiency with leads, transactions,and time management .
6)sales forecasting and reporting .
7)Managing proposals,sales material and contracts .
8)Managing data and systems such as the CRM .
9)using internal data along with market and competitor research,to help drive sales strategy and”hit the numbers” .
