مطلوب موظف (ة) تكنولوجيا معلومات IT
IT Officer:
Purpose:
To provide a professional IT service to all of the company the company departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and other applications.
2- Monitor and maintain computer systems.
3- Replacing computer parts if required.
4- Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware and software issues.
5- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
6- Prioritize and manage IT requests based on its important.
7- Coordinating with the procurement department by testing and evaluating any IT equipment before purchasing.
8- Building a long-term relationship with IT suppliers such as system developers to ensure a good service and purchasing prices.
9- Backup Issues.
10- Resetting user passwords and Lock/unlock user accounts.
11- Dealing with Office 365.
12- Switching (VLAN’s).
13- Access Points (Virtual Controller).
Education & Qualifications:
A- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / networks engineering.
B- A technical, logical thought process
C- Problem-solving skills.
D- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
E- An ability to priorities and delegate.
F- A keen eye for details.
G- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT.
H- Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills.
I- Very good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
J- Very good English both spoken and written.
