مطلوب رئيس (ة) قسم المحاسبة

Chief Accountant:
Purpose:
The chief Accountant is in-charge of all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
2- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
3- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
4- Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
5- Generate financial reports and statements to the management for review.
6- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
7- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues, and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
8- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
9- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
10- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
11- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
12- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
13- Ensures that the company abides with the set of laws implemented by Jordan local authorities related to taxes and handing financial transactions.
14- Comply with all of the company procedures and policies.
Education & Qualifications:
A- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
B- 7 to 10 years of experience in Finance department with a minimum 3 years (Supervisory Role) / Proven previous work experience for a real estate and constructions company is an advantage
C- Excellent English both spoken and written.
D- Excellent level of communication skills.
E- Flexibility.
