Description
1. Job Purpose:
Responsible for the consumer from first contact throughout the entire lifetime of a relation and obtain successful retention efforts. Responsible for understanding consumer needs and accordingly develop marketing strategies & implement campaigns to retain consumers, reduce churn, and increase loyalty & engagement.
2. The job entails exposure to:
- Analyze consumer behavior, create segments and initiate action plans
- Launch retention campaigns, abide to Product launching process
- Launch frequent Campaigns in timely manner on all communication channels relevant to the segments
- Develop A/B testing on campaigns
- Monitor campaigns and propose rectifying actions to enhance pickup rate
- Explore new communication channels
- Create dashboards to Report KPIs on frequent manner (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Identify churn reasons and use insights from various sources to tackle churn
- Create campaigns to increase consumer engagement to prevent churn
- Work closely with data scientist team to develop new and enhance existing analytics models to track and analyze customer behavior
- Identify and prioritize areas of improvement involving customer experience.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer.
