Estarta Solutions (based in Amman/ Jordan) currently has an opening for an “Post Sales Escalation Agent” position.
Requirements:
A college degree in MIS, BIS, industrial engineering, or any relevant field is required.
2-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, project management, or IT support is required.
English fluency (writing and speaking) is a must.
Basic understanding or strong interest in networking products.
Analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
Ability to speak 2 or even 3 languages fluent (English & Arabic minimum).
Ability to learn quickly.
Self-managed and self-motivated – able to work without supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure – take leadership under a critical situation with the customer, maintaining professional and positive attitude.
Proactive, strive for continuous improvement.
Preferably have previous experience at Estarta Solutions.
