To be successful in this role you will bring significant senior level leadership and management experience in large and complex country and/or regional programs, as well as senior level field experience in both long-term development and humanitarian response. With substantial knowledge of international humanitarian systems, donors and institutions, and best practices in program quality and operations. You will also have significant expertise in representation, negotiation and advocacy with government, donors and international organizations in order to influence policy for children and to establish sound and supportive partnerships.
This role is based in our Regional office in Amman, Jordan and offers a competitive package. Interviews will be conducted from the end of August 2018.
