Job Description:
* Logging and processing support calls within agreed time limits
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
* Manage user accounts
* Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
* Supporting the roll-out of new applications
* Repairing equipment and replacing parts
* Managing stocks of equipment, consumables, and other supplies
Skills:
*Good knowledge of hardware and software
* Problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to priorities workload
* Enthusiasm for continual learning
* Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, * Computer Information Systems, or any relevant IT field
Education:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
