• Maintaining and increasing sales of the principals’ products & Services.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the basis of monthly/ quarterly target.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Setting up sales targets for each sales executive.
• Motivate & Training of sales staff
• Allocating geographical areas to Sales Executives.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring daily team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors information.
