We are looking for secretary/Admin.Assistant to join our finance department, Ideal candidate should be based on Kuwait, have a Bachelor degree preferred in Accounting , any additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus, 3 Years experience in the same field, Excellent communications skills & Administration skills
Shall possess excellent Time Management skills, Multi-tasking and prioritize work
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bilingual – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Modern office procedures, computer operation and software applications
Business letter writing and basic report preparation techniques
