We are looking for QC and R&D Chief
Job Description:
In General:
- Manage QC team, for daily routine controls. Manage all quality control process from receiving to delivery and customer complains. Manage the claims for the suppliers. Improves quality performance of the company. Create and maintains the standards and procedures. Makes audit for the procedures and finds weaknesses and improves. Defines the production process parameters and controls. Supervise raw material, product trials reports and advise.
Education: Graduate level, Mechanical, Electronic, Electric, Mechatronic engineer.
Experience: Experienced in Production management and quality management more than 8 years
Qualifications & Abilities:
- Advanced English language
- Experienced in serial production
- Problem analyzing
- Problem solving
- System design
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Team member
- Ability to write procedure
- Ability to write reports
- Ability to prepare and make presentation
- Ability to manage and lead certification processes (ISO, Environment, FM, … )
- Ability using MS office at advanced level
- Ability to manage 3-30 people
