Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate and coordinate workflow from the CEO and management
Maintain calendar and schedule appointments for management and sales team
Manage executive expense reporting and travel itineraries, i.e. hotel, flights, etc.
Organize and maintain administrative confidential file
Assist in managing procurement and accounts payable processes
Assist CEO and team members with special projects. Tasks may include: collecting, formatting and presenting data in clear and easily understandable format
Create purchase orders for materials needed to complete projects
Maintain office environment, including supply order and vendor management
Proactively manage office space, i.e. order company supplies
Articulate to team members to effectively solve concerns and issues immediately
Provide administrative support to team members
