To help us continue to crush our goals, we are expanding our sales team. We are actively interviewing for immediate full-time openings as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). These positions have a training program, a high level of opportunity for growth and future advancement. If you are interested in being considered, we need to arrange an interview as soon as possible.
Starting day one, you’ll receive hands-on professional sales training and learn the core skills needed to be successful long term. Through our training program, you’ll learn about relationship building, GCP’s sales process, sales strategy and more. You’ll use the skills developed in this training to make connections, grow partnerships, and scale the business.
A day in the life of a GCP Sales Development Rep (SDR) includes:
• Outbound outreach to introduce GCP across many verticals – Solar, Home Services & many more.
• Qualifying prospects based on buying criteria and explore how our services can help their business succeed.
• Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team to conduct demonstrations for businesses to learn more about the services.
• Work closely with Director of Sales in applying best practices and achieving stated monthly goals.
• Learn about general business and sales acumen, lead generation technology, sales psychology, and much more!

• You’re not afraid to fail, and you’re always looking for ways to improve.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and good follow-through.
• You’re an excellent listener and can also be assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
• Ability to be a self-starter and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• You are curious about people and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others.
