Customer Service Job Description:
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
• Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
• Provides customer additional information or explains services
• Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
• Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
• Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
• Accurately captures customer information
• Creates and maintains service reports
• Telemarketing (Campaigns
• Sending Maintenance and purchasing list
• Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
Degree Level Bachelor’s degree
Degree Field(s) Customer service field or a related field
Experience Preferred one year in customer service field
Key Skills Problem-solving, Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, Computer, communication Skills, very good English language.
