Duties:

•Supporting sales team with technical qualifications.

•Providing answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal.

•Preparing order specifications (providing product information).

•Monitoring accurate and correct delivery of product sold.

•Building technical relationship with prospected or existing customers

•Providing any technical input needed for proposals.

•Being able to position and present product offerings

•Supervise, guide and lead installation commissionary of all projects

•Able to resolve computers hardware & software issues with both inductive and deductive reasoning

•Responsible for overs technologies and techniques and studying their feasibility to be applied at projects

•Handling problems that might face the team during projects and taking corrective and preventive actions wherever possible

•Project progress report
