- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers/patients at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. (Tawk, Facebook messages & call center)
- Full knowledge of doctors’ appointments & specialties to match patients’ cases to the appropriate doctor.
- Responding promptly to customer/patient inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer reservations, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.
- To have a medical / healthcare background.
- Ability to stay calm when customers/ patients are stressed or upset.
- Taking the right action while facing a problem.
- Able to do at least 250 calls per day to follow up with customers.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Presentable and able to communicate with clients
- Good convincing skills.
- Can work Under pressure.
- Good English language.
