tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit Call Center Agent with the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers/patients at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels. (Tawk, Facebook messages & call center)
  • Full knowledge of doctors’ appointments & specialties to match patients’ cases to the appropriate doctor.
  • Responding promptly to customer/patient inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer reservations, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.
  • To have a medical / healthcare background.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers/ patients are stressed or upset.
  • Taking the right action while facing a problem.
  • Able to do at least 250 calls per day to follow up with customers.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Presentable and able to communicate with clients
  • Good convincing skills.
  • Can work Under pressure.
  • Good English language.
