Talent Manager (Talent Development) – Dubai
A great role has opened up for a Talent Manager (Development) role within a major FMCG business. The role will focus on development of employees across the MENA region, supporting the Talent Head in setting talent strategy across different markets, educating and supporting HRBPs on progress of key talents, succession planning and talent review meetings. You will also manage the training budget, implement and develop a training program for the region and manage the Global/Regional Training nomination process. We are looking for approximately 5 -8 years’ experience within a large complex multinational business, with exposure to talent development.
