Job Announcement an Automotive: Spare Parts Sales Coordinator
Duties:
Preparing special statements for the orders with the movements of the materials to be purchased, including the required ones and their collection as required.
Packing orders with packing lists, comparing them with invoices of origin and entering them into the system.
Compile the invoices related to the orders and costs as appropriate.
Supervise the entries from local purchases and follow them according to the system.
Participate in the annual inventory and check the differences and entries related to the annual inventory.
Ensure that parts are made available to customers.
Update knowledge on parts.
Handle relationship with customers.
Manage spare parts area.
Carry out other reasonable duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma degree in Spare Parts or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive field.
Good command of English language.
Knowledge, skills in sales.
Well organized, dedicated, hardworking and a teamwork.
Communication skills.
Target oriented.
