Software Implementation Officer Needed.

2-5 years experience.

T-Force regional office in Amman is now hiring.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

– Has a full and comprehensive understanding of the software solutions we offer

– Discuss with clients their requirements and data, hence to be able to map those onto our solution and features

– Provide clients with support on how to do things in our software solution

– Provide clients with training on our software solution

Requirements & Characteristics: 

– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

– A minimum of two years’ experience.

– Excellent client interaction and communication skills

– Excellent presentation skills

– Strong verbal and written skills in both Arabic and English

– Excellent knowledge in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

– Great attention to detail

– A positive attitude
