• Job summary:
The Human Resources Senior comp & ben specialist implement and work on development HR services, policies, and programs; reports to the Head of HR, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Polices’ development and documentation;
• Requirements:
o Any bachelor degree from a reputable university, in addition to very good knowledge of the principles.
• Related Fields Work Experience / Years:
o minimum of 5 years with solid experience in compensation and employee benefits.
o Solid knowledge of Social Insurance, income tax and employment labor laws.
