SAMA Telecom is looking to hire a System Administrator in order to fulfill the following responsibilities:
✓ Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
✓ Train end-users how to setup and use our platform.
✓ Backup and restore an organization’s data files and systems.
✓ Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
✓ Remote IT help desk technicians provide technical support over the phone or Web.
✓ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
✓ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
✓ Testing new technolog
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
✓ Excellent customer service skills
✓ Good experience in SQL and IIS
✓ Minimum 2 years experience
