SAMA Telecom is looking to hire a System Administrator in order to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
• Train end-users how to setup and use our platform.
• Backup and restore an organization’s data files and systems.
• Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
• Remote IT help desk technicians provide technical support over the phone or Web.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technolog

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good experience in SQL and IIS
• Minimum 2 years experience
