1. Studying the annual target (Turnover, Gross Margin and Markup) and assigning monthly targets to each sales agent according to areas and resources. 2. Preparing the proper quotations. 3. Planning and forecasting the monthly, weekly and daily requirements of the customers, and liaising with the factory and Procurement. 4. Daily follow up with the sales agents on their requirements, daily targets, collection, and maintaining the Gross Margin. 5. Giving support to his team members through organized visits with them. 6. Report any technical problem to the Technical Support department, and coordinating with them to solve it. 7. Coordination with the Accounting and collection department on the ageing and credit facilities of the different customers. 8. Coordinating with the sales coordinator for the daily orders, and submittals. 9. Coordinating with segments managers for pipeline projects. 10. Attending all relevant meetings. 11. Finding creative solutions to boost the business from different SG entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Chemistry or Business Administration (with relevant experience) • Solid knowledge of the products, and competitors’ products. • Ability to make quotations and analyses the figures and process them into reports. • Interpersonal skills: Communication, Presentations, Motivating, Coaching, Team Building, Influencing, and trust building.
