A leading industrial company is seeking to hire a Purchasing Coordinator to join its team with the following:
1. Responsible for outside sourcing of any items required.
2. Responsible to go outside to look for and compare the price and the physical appearance of an item from one supplier to another.
3. Providing samples as needed.
4. Negotiating with the supplier.
5. Manage the petty cash carefully and close each paid amount with an official invoice and deliver to the Sr. Purchasing officer to close with the accounting
6. Other tasks required by the superior.
The ideal Candidates should have the following job specifications:
• BSc. In Business Administration/ Management or BSc. In Industrial/ mechanical Engineer.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the same field
• Certificate in Supply chain management is a plus.
