BSc degree in Pharmacy or life sciences branch.
2 – 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Excellent English and Arabic language both written and verbal.
Very strong communication, interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.
Have extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
Awareness of different media agendas.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
An understanding of formatting articles on the web and other digital platforms.
A deep understanding of consumers and stakeholders and what motivates them.
Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
Job duties & responsibilities:
Editing and writing creative, powerful and persuasive communication deliverables across all channels (print, digital, and multimedia/videos) including in-house newsletters, memos, case studies, speeches, articles and reports.
Preparing and supervising the production of communication brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
Liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations.
Communicate and translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, concise, and compelling message to the target audience.
Help to maintain brand standards and ensure all messaging and communication are aligned.
Ensure compliance of content with Medical/Legal/Regulatory guidelines.
Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
Collating and analyzing media coverage.
Coordinating all public relations activities.
Prepare the annual schedule for external and external meetings and events and organize the logistics.
Lead media relations activities and press releases in time and quality.
Manage day to day communication requests in core markets to ensure quick response.
Work closely with IT Companies regarding core digital content (e.g. website).
Develop the Corporate Promotional Material and Presentations.
Building relationships with the media.
