Now it is your opportunity to join us as we are looking for Operation Officer:
 Preparing quotations and checking that they include: correct prices, discounts and items numbers.
 Preparing and submitting tenders: this includes reading and negotiating the conditions with clients, calculating the prices, preparing the bid bonds, checking the primary and final award to issue the performance bond, preparing the technical & specifications sheet, responding to the related correspondences, making follow-up calls to confirm delivery dates and keeping records for all tenders along with the related information for our competitors.
 Participating in preparing the purchase orders, sending them to our suppliers, checking the order confirmation, requesting the necessary documentation, arranging shipping the orders with the forwarding company, and finally clearing them from customs until they reach our warehouses.
 Ordering and delivering of goods to customers ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
 Informing customers of any delays and arranging alternative delivery dates.
 Responding and answering our suppliers’ inquiries and requests via phone and email.
 Producing reports on progress within the department and helping in developing strategies to improve the workflow.
