Job Title: Project Management Officer
Location: Business Development & Project Management Department in Amman, Jordan.
Pharmaceutical Research Unit (PRU) or Arab Pharmaceutical Industry Consulting (APIC) is a leading clinical research organization (CRO) that was established in Jordan in 1993. At PRU/APIC we offer clinical development solutions that aim to transform drug development & health industries worldwide. Responsibilities:
· Develop project plans based on logical framework approaches.
· Maintain project timeframes, objectives & communications through direct interaction & follow up with relevant departments.
· Create & manage documentation & reports for projects.
· Verify data & information & analyze it to suit the direction of a project.
· Track, forecast & report on project progress including metrics & challenges to Management, while proposing corrective measures for any possible deviations.
· Develop relevant knowledge & skills.
· Keep all internal data confidential.
Must-Haves:
· BSc in Industrial Engineering.
· Fresh graduate, or 1-2 years of experience.
· Strong written & verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), & Microsoft PowerPoint)
· Good analytical & problem-solving abilities.
· Good organizational skills.
· Is a team player.
Nice-to-Have:
· PMP Certificate.
· Previous internship or work experience in pharmaceutical companies.
· Prior experience in Project Management.
