Requirements & Skills
Preparing procurement transactions as per procurement policies and procedures
preparing RFIs, RFPs and POs to suppliers.
Participating in the implementation of emergency response or disaster recovery plans in the event of incident(s).
Keeping procurement contracts/POs, supplier evaluations, profiles, and files under custodianship
Setting PO and procurement contract templates and standards
maintaining up-to-date lists of contractors and pricing arrangements to ensure that the company achieves the most favorable terms.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, accounting, or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a related field. (preferably experience in the construction field) .
English language proficiency .
