Al-Tajamouat for Touristic Projects plc seeking to recruit qualified and experienced Operation and Facilities Manager, as follows qualification :
– Operational experience in hotels, shopping centers or project facility management
– A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a related field, among which at least three years in a managerial position 4-6.
– B.Sc. degree in electrical, mechanical or any equivalent industry related branch in Administration Science.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Strong Problem solving and crisis
– Ability to manage multiple departments
– Flexible with working hours/days as per developments requirements.
Protecting, and enhancing the physical state of the property and the coordination of all services and logistical issues. Responsible to prepare annual O & FM budget, and directly in charge of the management of Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, annual CAPEX projects, and tenant Fit Out. Two most important Management Business Objectives are to deliver and safe and pleasant environment for visitors, and to protect the life and health of the property. In addition to managing Annual CAPEX projects.
