One of Jordan’s leading non-profit organizations is seeking to recruit an Institutional Development Officer to be in charge of primarily its internal quality systems and support the quality consultants in their work with clients. The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Managing, monitoring and analyzing internal quality indicators and risks while producing timely and accurate risk and quality reports
• Manage, update and monitor the implementation of the organizations policy and procedures
• Undertake, analyze and report all satisfaction surveys (internal and external)
• Preparing the organization for quality audits and surveys
• Support the education and consultation team in the design and implementation of quality tools, courses and workshops.
• Managing the company’s strategic and action plans and monitoring and reporting on the dash board and KPI’s

Qualifications

• University Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, quality management, or relevant field
• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, written and verbal
