Programme Funding Manager – Eurasia & North Africa
Tearfund is looking for a dedicated and passionate Programme Funding Manager to support our work in the Eurasia and North Africa (ENA) region.
We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic and experienced professional with:
- A good working knowledge of major humanitarian and development donors
- A Grant Management background
- Experience of securing donor funding for multiple grants within the ENA context
- Experience of working in collaboration with partners
Working alongside the Regional Director and Country Leadership, you will develop Tearfund’s regional funding strategy, build relationships and networks and develop opportunities for collaboration with other actors. You should have strong influencing skills, be proactive and a good communicator. You must be able to work in collaboration with a number of actors, including partners to design funding opportunities and develop funding bids.
You will also work closely with our Programme Funding Team within the Global Fundraising group to improve and inform our corporate approaches to evidence and impact.

This contract is initially for a 12 month period. Travel up to 12 weeks per year is required. Salary will be dependent on location.
With a strong preference for a national candidate this role may be based in the successful candidate’s country of origin or where Tearfund has a right to work within ENA.
The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding issues. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure.
