‎“Al-Faiha for Laboratories & Scientific Supplies” was founded in the mid-eighties with a solid vision and dedication of providing scientific and practical solution for all life science and analytical application including Forensic solutions, DNA molecular, Gene expression, Profiling, Protein analysis and Mass spectrometry.
Al-Faiha is announcing to fill the following position
Position: Product Specialist – Pathology line
Functional area: Promote and sell pathology line (equipment and consumables)
Responsibilities include:
Set Regular field visits to different hospitals, labs and universities in my account frequently.‎
Find out the appropriate products for customers to run their procedures and methods
Participate as sales support for customers to help them find out the appropriate products and instruments for their research‎
Run training sessions.
Help some customers to make decision about the most useful items for their work or projects, and provide them with all ‎technical data‏ ‏sheets.‎
Receiving orders, check them with related offers, making shortage form for absence items and follow up for submit PO with ‎purchasing department.‎
Arranging with our Service department to check the instruments and Determine Exact date for installation and training with ‎customer.‎
Keep follow up with customers and cooperate with purchasing department for ordering stock referring to the market needs.‎
Receiving any complaints from customers about fault devices and forward the case to the service department.‎ ‎

Qualifications:
Bsc of Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy, medical lab analysis or any related field
Experience:
Relevant experience in selling pathology line
1-2 years of experience
